Apollo Health Centre specializes in a wide range of medical services. While we offer full spectrum medicine, we also focus on preventative strategies to ensure our patients stay happy and healthy. We function as a Medical Home with team based approach and ensure continuity of care.

Pre-Booked Appointments and Same day Appointments

Available for patients to be seen when needed.

If your family physician, within the clinic is not available that day, we will ensure to book you with another physician.

Prescription Refill

Please contact the clinic 5 working days BEFORE your prescription expires to ask for a new/repeat prescription OR ask the pharmacy to FAX us a Prescription Refill Request

Change of Address or any Updates

It remains the Patient's responsibility to keep the practice up to date of any changes in their Contact Details

Cancellations

Please notify the clinic in a timely manner if you are unable to make it to your booked appointment, instead of not showing up for it.

This enables us to book someone in need.

Walk in patients are welcome for Urgent Care only.

No Referrals or Prescription refills.

Please provide your Alberta Healthcare Number when booking an appointment, without it we will not be able to book you.

Patients who are already enrolled with a family doctor should always seek treatment there first, however, should you require immediate care, and cannot access your family doctor, we can assist you depending on the situation.

Should you need to visit a walk in, patients are always encouraged to FOLLOW-UP with their family doctor afterwards.
